"Please Sign" Wedding Guest Sign in Blue and Silver - Printable

A printable wedding guest sign asking your guests to "Please Sign" your guest book. It is designed in a blue and silver color scheme. The design along the top and bottom has light blue and white diagonal stripes with silver-colored glitter-illustrated dots. The fonts are in navy blue and gray colors.
