DESCRIPTION

Organize three important areas of personal finances with this Financial Planning Bundle with Budget, Bill Tracker, and Debt Payoff Printables. The set includes three separate printable PDF pages for planning a weekly or monthly budget, tracking bill payments throughout the year, and organizing a debt payoff plan using the debt snowball method.

Use the pages together as part of a financial binder or print only the form you need at the time. Each worksheet is designed for handwritten recordkeeping and can be printed again whenever your budget, bills, or debt payoff plan changes.

3 Printable Financial Worksheets Included

This bundle includes one printable page for each of these financial organization areas:

  • Weekly or Monthly Budget Worksheet
  • Yearly Bill Payment Tracker with Amount Column
  • Debt Payoff Plan Chart for the Debt Snowball Method

Weekly or Monthly Budget Worksheet

Use the budget worksheet for either a week or a month. The page provides separate sections for income and expenses along with a totals table for comparing budgeted amounts with actual amounts.

Record:

  • Income date, description, and amount
  • Fixed or variable expense designation
  • Expense date, description, and amount
  • Budgeted income, expenses, and savings
  • Actual income, expenses, and savings
  • Difference between budgeted and actual totals

This page can be printed for individual weeks or months depending on how you prefer to organize your budget.

Yearly Bill Payment Tracker

The annual bill tracker provides one place to monitor recurring bills from January through December. List each bill once, in the order in which they're due, then use the monthly columns to record or mark payments throughout the year.

The amount column provides additional space for recording the fixed payment amount associated with each bill, if applicable, helping you keep due obligations and payment records together on one sheet.

This page can be useful for recurring household bills, subscriptions, utilities, insurance payments, loans, or other regular expenses you choose to track.

Debt Payoff Plan for the Snowball Method

The debt payoff chart includes 20 numbered rows for listing debts in the order you plan to pay them off. When using the debt snowball method, debts are commonly arranged from the lowest balance to the highest balance.

Record:

  • Payoff order
  • Debt name
  • Current balance
  • Minimum payment
  • Planned snowball payment
  • Date paid off

The worksheet is designed to provide a simple visual record of your chosen payoff sequence and payment plan. It does not calculate payments or provide financial recommendations.

Use the Pages Together or Separately

The three forms complement one another but do not have to be used at the same time. You can print the budget worksheet more frequently, keep one bill tracker for the year, and update or replace the debt payoff chart whenever balances or goals change.

This makes the bundle useful for building a flexible paper financial system without requiring every page to follow the same schedule.
