DESCRIPTION
Keep tasks together while giving yourself a simple way to decide what deserves attention first with this Printable Priority To-Do List with Low, Medium, and High Importance Levels. Record each task, add a date, select its level of importance, and mark it complete when it is finished.
The full-page layout gives you room for a long running task list without requiring every item to fit into a daily planner. Use it for personal tasks, household responsibilities, business work, projects, errands, appointments to schedule, follow-ups, or anything else you need to remember and complete.
Give Every Task an Importance Level
Each task row includes three clearly labeled importance options: Low, Medium, and High.
Mark the circle that best reflects how important the task is to you. This provides an easy visual reference when deciding what should receive attention first and which items can reasonably wait.
Because importance is recorded separately from the task itself, you can keep everything on one running list while still distinguishing higher-priority responsibilities from less important items.
Keep a Running To-Do List
This printable is not limited to one particular day or week. Add tasks as they come up and continue using the page until the list is complete or the sheet is full.
The date column can be used to record when a task was added, when you plan to handle it, or another date that is useful for your own planning system.
Mark Tasks as They Are Completed
A circle appears at the beginning of every task row. Fill it in or place a checkmark inside after completing the task.
This makes finished items easy to identify while allowing unfinished tasks to remain visible on the same page.
Full-Page Format for a Clearer View
The US Letter-size format provides a larger writing area than small planner inserts or compact task lists. You can see many responsibilities together without repeatedly turning pages or squeezing longer task descriptions into a small space.
The open layout keeps the focus on four pieces of information: completion status, date, task, and importance.
Useful for Personal and Business Tasks
Use the printable whenever you need one central place to keep track of responsibilities, including:
- Daily and weekly tasks
- Household responsibilities
- Errands
- Calls and emails to complete
- Appointments to schedule
- Business and administrative tasks
- Project action items
- School or study responsibilities
- Follow-ups and reminders
- Longer-term tasks that should not be forgotten
Designed for a Planning Binder
The page includes room along the left side for a standard three-hole punch, allowing it to be stored in a planning, household, school, or business binder.
Keeping running task lists in a binder makes it easy to add new pages as needed and keep completed sheets available for reference.
