DESCRIPTION

Create a meal routine the household can easily follow with this Pink Weekly Meal Planner with Grocery List. Plan breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and side dishes from Sunday through Saturday, then collect the groceries needed for those meals on the checklist beside the weekly menu.

Coordinated pink shading separates the days and meal sections while keeping the design unified. Fill in the page before the week begins, use it to guide food preparation and shopping, and keep it visible so planned meals are easy to check throughout the week.

Prepare for the Week Ahead

Writing down meals in advance gives you one place to see what needs to be prepared, packed, thawed, or purchased. The full-page format includes dedicated areas for:

  • Breakfast: Plan weekday breakfasts, weekend meals, or options prepared ahead of time.
  • Lunch: Record meals for home, work, school, or packed lunches.
  • Snacks: Keep snacks and smaller foods visible for all seven days.
  • Dinner: Use the larger spaces for main dishes and evening meal plans.
  • Sides: Add vegetables, salads, breads, or other foods served with each dinner.

Make Food Preparation Easier to See

Use the completed menu to spot meals that require advance preparation. You can see when ingredients need to be thawed, lunches should be packed, or foods could be prepared ahead for a busier day.

A line at the top gives you space to write the week, starting date, ending date, or another reference that suits your planning system.

Write the Grocery List Beside the Menu

Add ingredients and other grocery needs while planning each day rather than trying to recreate the shopping list afterward. Every grocery line includes a checkbox for marking items as they are purchased.

Before shopping, compare the completed checklist with the food already in your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. Remove anything you have on hand, then take the remaining list with you.

Optional Cut-Away Grocery Section

The grocery checklist is positioned along the right edge of the printable. Keep it attached when you want the menu and shopping list together, or carefully cut it away when you prefer to carry only the grocery list.

The grocery section is not perforated. Scissors are required if you choose to remove it.

Coordinated Pink Color-Coded Layout

Alternating pink day rows help distinguish Sunday through Saturday, while lighter and deeper pink tones across the meal areas create additional visual separation within the weekly grid.

The coordinated palette makes it easier to follow a day across the breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner columns while retaining a unified pink design.

Keep the Household Informed

Place the completed planner somewhere convenient so family members or other household members can see what meals are planned. This can be especially useful when more than one person prepares food, packs lunches, or helps with grocery shopping.
